My journey with opal cutting began with a simple but meaningful goal: to create a truly unique Christmas gift for my wife. The result was an amazing 3.2 carat double sided dark crystal, and a whole bunch of brownie points. Although it’s a gift that has been hard to top I couldn’t have asked for anything more special than an opal—each one is one-of-a-kind, with no two ever exactly the same, and some being exceptionally rare.

Since that first stone, I have been passionate about cutting opals and perfecting my craft. Now, I’m excited to share these beautiful, hand-cut opals with others who share the same love and appreciation for these remarkable gemstones.
